Important Note
Please remember that payment can be made when picking up the vehicle for drop-off. From that moment, the rental days will be counted towards the annual period.
Travelling within 24 hours?
Our system won’t allow bookings within 48 hours but if you are a contract client and need to travel urgently, please call us on our emergency number +34 639 081 067.
Unknown return date?
If you do not know your return date please leave it blank. You must inform us of your return date at least 48 hours prior to your arrival so that we have the car ready for you.
Bookings made with less than 48h will incur in a 20€ fine
Will someone else be collecting the car?
if someone other than you will be collecting the car, please specify their details in the comments box.
What happens next?
If you would like to know for certain that the person collecting your car is authorized to do so, please ask them to confirm your contract or booking reference number.
Where to meet us
Flight Information
Please give us as much notice as possible of your travel plans, always indicating the date and time of drop-off and the date, flight number and ETA of pick-ups. We always request flight return numbers when the return date is booked so that we can monitor the flight arrival time and ensure that we are waiting for you when the plane lands. If there is a delay we will always wait for you. Please arrive within the allotted time specified in your booking confirmation. If you are going to be more than 10 minutes late or early then please let us know with a phone call to your airport representative.
